    Abstract: A polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane impregnating a palladium nano cluster is provided to improve efficiency of removing an underwater dissolved oxygen and profitability and to use separate chemical substances. A polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane impregnating a palladium nano cluster of which a size of particles is 20 ~ 50 nm inside pores has whole porosity of 65 ~ 70 %. A specific surface area of a surface of the polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane is 150 ~ 200 m^2/g. The 0.07 ~ 0.21 weight% of palladium nano cluster is impregnated to the polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane.
