Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a process for preparing alkyl pyropheophorbide a useful for the optical therapy in a high yield and purity from algae, especially spirulina and chlorella. CONSTITUTION: The preparation process comprises the steps of: stirring algae in inorganic acid/alcohol then adding alkaline solution thereto for the neutralization(pH6.5-8.0); filtering and extracting the mixture to obtain alkyl pheophorbid a; refluxing the alkyl pheophorbide a in basic solvent; and vacuum distilling and purifying alkyl pyropheophorbide a.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种制备烷基焦脱镁叶绿酸盐的方法，该方法以藻类，特别是螺旋藻和小球藻的高产率和纯度为光学疗法。 构成：制备方法包括：在无机酸/醇中搅拌藻类，然后加入碱性溶液进行中和（pH6.5-8.0）; 过滤并萃取混合物得到烷基异戊酸a; 在碱性溶剂中回流烷基脱镁叶酸a; 真空蒸馏纯化烷基焦脱镁叶绿酸a。
