    Abstract: 본발명은토양생물의활동성으로토양의독성을평가하는토양의독성평가장치에있어서, 토양과토양생물이수용되는수용부; 및상기수용부에고정단이연결되고, 자유단이상기수용부내부에위치되어상기토양생물의움직임으로야기되는상기토양의진동을감지하는센서부를포함한다. 본발명은토양및 토양생물을수용하는수용부와, 토양생물의움직임으로인해발생되는토양의진동을측정하는센서부및 센서부에서측정한신호를움직임패턴으로산출하는미터기를개시하여종래에요구된추가적인공정을제한하고실시간으로토양의오염정도를모니터링및 평가할수 있는이점이있다. 즉, 본발명은지표생물인지렁이를별도의생물에급이하거나그 생존률로서토양의오염정도를평가하는것이아니고, 지렁이의활동성패턴자체를이용하여토양의오염정도를평가하게된다. 따라서, 지렁이가다수구비되어야하거나대면적이토양이요구되지않는이점이있다.
