Abstract:
본 발명은 PLK1의 활성 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암 예방, 치료 또는 개선용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 따른 상기 화합물은 PLK1의 PBD에 선택적으로 결합함으로써, PLK1에 대한 높은 선택성과 결합친화성, 및 저독성의 이점을 갖는다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 PLK1 활성 억제제 화합물은 다양한 암세포의 성장을 저해함으로써 항암제로 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이며, 단독투여 이외에도 기존에 개발된 항암제와의 병용투여를 통한 시너지효과를 기대할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A conductive polymer containing a dithienothiophene compound, and an organic solar cell using thereof as a photoelectric conversion material are provided to offer the improved flatness and the minimized phase separation by adding the dithienothiophene compound. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer containing a dithienothiophene compound for an organic photoelectric conversion material in a donor-acceptor form is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, X has a monomer structure having the donor or optical absorption function. Y has a monomer structure having the acceptor or optical absorption function.
