    Abstract: PURPOSE: A perfluorinated compound containing halogen group acid gas is provided to have excellent decomposition effect and durability by containing optimum ruthenium-phosphorous-aluminum ternary system. CONSTITUTION: A Ru-P-Al ternary perfluorinated compound comprises a decomposition catalyst for aluminum oxide catalyst and a co-catalyst supported in the surface of the catalyst. The co-catalyst comprises 0.05-0.3 parts by weight of Ru, 1.0-5.0 parts by weight of P, and 1 part by weight of an aluminum oxide catalyst. The catalyst for decomposing the perfluorinated compound decomposes the perfluorinated compound in a process containing halogen acid gas. A manufacturing method of the catalyst for decomposing the perfluorinated compound comprises a step of preparing a precursor solution by dissolving the Ru and P compounds in distilled water; and a step of dipping Ru and P in aluminum oxide using the precursor solution.     Abstract: PURPOSE: A flame retardant composition is provided to be able to be applied to a thermoplastic resin with high processing temperature over 250 °C like a polyamide resin or a polyester resin because of no possibility of ignition during processing a polymer resin. CONSTITUTION: A flame retardant composition comprises melamine-based compound of bis(hydroxymethyl)phosphinate metal salt in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is C1-6 alkyl group, C2-6 alkenyl group, or C6-12 aryl group, M is aluminum, magnesium, calcium, titanium, or gallium, n is a natural number of 2-4 which is same with an atomic number of a metal. The bis(hydroxymethyl)phosphinate metal salt is one or more selected from magnesium bis(hydroxymethyl)phosphinate, aluminum bis(hydroxymethyl)phosphinate, and aluminum bis(1-hydroxy-but-2-enyl)phosphinate.
