Abstract:
본 발명은 폴리스틸렌 열분해 연속반응기 및 이를 이용한 스틸렌 모노머 회수방법에 관한 것으로서, 용융기에서 용해된 폐 폴리스틸렌을 연속적으로 열분해하는 반응기의 내부에 발생되는 잔사물이 정체하지 않고 연속적으로 밖으로 배출되도록 함으로써, 에틸벤젠, 알파메틸스틸렌, 벤젠 및 톨루엔과 같은 부산물의 발생을 억제시키는 동시에 분해 오일의 생성 및 모노머인 스틸렌의 수율을 증가시킬 수 있는 폴리스틸렌 열분해 연속반응기 및 이를 이용한 스틸렌 모노머 회수방법을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 서로 다른 직경의 1차 실린더와 2차 실린더가 위아래 연결된 일체형의 관형상으로 이루어져 있으며, 상부에는 용해된 폴리스틸렌 입자가 유입되는 유입구 및 열분해 반응에 의해 열분해된 기체가 배출되는 배출구가 형성되어 있고, 하부에는 열분해되고 남은 잔사가 배출되는 잔사 배출구가 형성되어 있는 폴리스틸렌 열분해 연속반응기를 제공한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A continuous reactor used for polystyrene pyrolysis and a method for collecting styrene monomers using the same are provided to discharge residues of the pyrolysis out of the reactor continuously, thus to prevent the deposition of such residues in the reactor and the generation of side products, and, as a result, to improve the generation of oil and the production yield of styrene monomers. CONSTITUTION: The continuous reactor used for polystyrene pyrolysis in which waste polystyrene is thermally decomposed and useful components are recollected, comprises: a reactor(5) in the form of a double tube comprising, as one unit, a first cylinder(6) and a secondary cylinder(7), each of which has a different diameter; an inlet hole(10) formed on the upper part of the reactor, through which melted polystyrene particles are introduced,; an exhausting hole(11) formed on the upper part of the reactor, through which gas generated from the pyrolysis is exhausted; and a discharging hole(12) for residues formed on the bottom part of the reactor, through which residues from the pyrolysis are discharged. The method for collecting the styrene monomer using the same comprises: melting crushed waste polystyrene; feeding the melted polystyrene particles to the reactor; subjecting the melted polystyrene to pyrolysis as passing the first cylinder and flowing down along the inner wall of the secondary cylinder, wherein gas is generated during the pyrolysis; injecting nitrogen gas into the reactor by using a nitrogen gas injector(9); discharging the generated residues after the pyrolysis out of the reactor in continuous way; liquefying the gas through a heat exchanger(13) so as to generate and collect oil(14) comprising styrene monomers.
