본 발명에 따른 상기 화학식 1의 카복실산 이미드 화합물은 유기용매에 대한 용해도가 향상되고, 전기화학적으로 전자의 이동도가 증대되어, 발광성 칼라 필터(emissive color filter), 반투과성 칼라 필터(transflective color filter), 재귀반사성 소자(reflective component)의 착색 성분(coloring component), 색보정 성분(color-correction component)로서의 용도, 형광 변환 (fluorescence conversion), 형광 태양광 집열기(fluorescence solar collector), 생물발광(bioluminescence) 어레이 및 태양광발전(photovoltaic)의 활성 성분으로서의 용도, 그리고 레이저 염료로서의 용도에 적용이 가능하다.

Abstract: An arylene-based carboxylic acid imide compound is provided to obtain a material having excellent electron transportability in a thin film state and excellent n-type organic semiconductor characteristics and useful as a light emitting material for OLEDs or a channel material for OTFTs. An arylene-based carboxylic acid imide compound is represented by the following formula 1. In formula 1, R is a fluorine-substituted C1-C20 alkyl, aryl or aralkyl; each of A, B and R1-R4 represents H, a C1-C20 linear or branched alkyl or alkoxy, C1-C20 linear or branched alkylsilyl, aryloxy, C6-C30 aryl or heteroaryl or halogen, forms a fused ring together with the adjacent substituent, or forms A-C/B-D or A-D/B-C chemical bond with a compound represented by any one of the following formulae 2, 3 and 4. In formulae 2-4, R' is a fluorine-substituted C1-C20 alkyl, aryl or aralkyl; each of R11-R16 represents H, a C1-C20 linear or branched alkyl or alkoxy, C1-C20 linear or branched alkylsilyl, aryloxy, C6-C30 aryl or heteroaryl or halogen, or forms a fused ring together with the adjacent substituent. Optionally, the alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aryloxy or alkoxy represented by A, B, R1-R4 or R11-R16 in formulae 1-4 is further substituted with a halogen, carbonyl, carboxyl, alkylcarboxyl, aryl, heteroaryl or cyano, or the carbon atom of the alkyl or alkoxy is substituted with O, S, N or Si, and the alkyl or alkoxy optionally contains a carbon-carbon double or triple bond.

Abstract: Tetrafluoro benzimidazole compounds containing a fused aromatic ring are provided to improve solubility in organic acid and electrochemically increase electron mobility, so that they are useful as a coloring component or a color-correction component of emissive color filter, transflective color filter and reflective device, and an active ingredient of fluorescence conversion, fluorescence solar collector, bioluminescence array and photovoltaic. The tetrafluoro benzimidazole compounds containing a fused aromatic ring are represented by the formula(1-3) or the formula(1-4), wherein R^2, R^3, R^11 and R^14 are each independently hydrogen, linear or branched C1-C20 alkyl group or the following structures, and form a fused aryl ring with an adjacent substituent; R^21 to R^36 are each independently linear or branched C1-C20 alkyl group, C6-C30 aryl group or halogen group; and n is 4 or 5. A coloring composition comprises the tetrafluoro benzimidazole compounds containing a fused aromatic ring.
