Abstract: A controlled release pellet including indapamide is provided to control release of a drug more delicately than a tablet including the indapamide and increase compliance of a patient by being able to be administered one time per day. A controlled release pellet including indapamide comprises: a crystalline core(A); a pharmacologically active ingredient layer(B) formed on the surface of the crystalline core and including a drug containing the indapamide and a binder consisting of a water-insoluble polymer and a water-soluble polymer; and a release layer(C) formed on the surface of the pharmacologically active ingredient layer and including a release-type film forming material. The pellet comprises at least one lipophilic material coating layer between the pharmacologically active ingredient layer and the release layer.

Abstract: 본 발명은 인다파미드가 함유된 서방형 제제에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 결정성 핵(A); 상기 결정성 핵(A) 표면에 형성되며, 인다파미드가 포함된 약물과 수불용성 고분자 및 수용성 고분자로 이루어진 결합제를 포함하는 약리학적 활성 성분 층(B); 및 상기 약리학적 활성 성분 층(B) 표면에 형성되고, 서방형 막 형성물질을 포함하는 서방성 층(C);으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인다파미드가 함유된 서방형 펠렛에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 인다파미드가 함유된 서방형 펠렛은 정제에 비해 보다 정교하게 약물 방출을 조절할 수 있으며 1일 1회 투여가 가능하여 환자의 순응도를 높일 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 서방화가 필요한 약물인 인다파미드와 수불용성 고분자 또는 수용성 고분자를 혼합하여 과립을 제조하고, 제조된 과립에 수불용성 고분자를 코팅하여 서방형 펠렛을 제조하거나 또는 약물이 함유된 과립에 수불용성 물질로 다층 코팅하는 서방형 펠렛을 제공한다.
