    Abstract: The present invention relates to quaternary carbinamine derivatives and to a method for preparing the same using copper-based catalysts. The method for manufacturing a cyclic sulfamidate derivative, according to the present invention, has an effect of acquiring quaternary cyclic sulfamidate derivatives, with a high yield than any conventional method, in which a phenyl group substituted with various substituents, particularly with unsubstituted or substituted phenyl, by reacting the cyclic sulfamidate imine with Grignard reagent under the copper-based catalysts. Thus, the method can be usefully applied in manufacturing the cyclic sulfamidate derivatives used as a precursor of quaternary amino acid derivatives.

    Abstract translation: 本发明涉及季胺衍生物及其使用铜基催化剂的方法。 根据本发明的制备环状磺酰胺酸衍生物的方法具有获得季铵磺酰胺衍生物的效果,其产率高于任何常规方法,其中被各种取代基取代的苯基,特别是与未取代或取代的苯基 ,通过在铜基催化剂下使环磺酰氨基亚胺与格氏试剂反应。 因此,该方法可有效地用于制造用作季氨基酸衍生物前体的环状磺酰胺酸酯衍生物。
