Abstract: 본 발명은 카르복실산염 및 알콕사이드 화합물 중에서 선택된 무기금속의 전구체를 함유한 액적과, 아민계-알데히드계 공중합체를 에멀젼 계면중합하고, 이를 가수분해하는 일련의 공정을 수행하는 과정으로, 상기 무기금속 전구체를 캡슐 내부에 함유하면서 무기화를 수행하여 내부의 무기층과 외부의 고분자층의 이중층 구조를 가져 캡슐 내부 물질의 용출과 치환이 가능한 마이크로 캡슐을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a microcapsule with double layered structure is provided to make the microcapsule with a simple process by performing hydrolysis using emulsion interfacial polymerization and a basic solution. A method for manufacturing a microcapsule with double layered structure comprises the followings steps of: manufacturing a liquid drop containing a precursor of an inorganic metal by dispersing the precursor of the selected inorganic material, an emulsifying agent solution, and an organic solvent; manufacturing the capsule in which polymer is polymerized on a surface of the liquid drop; and manufacturing the microcapsule with double layered structure.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor nanoparticle-containing microcapsule is provided to prevent the change and degradation of spectroscopic property and to suppress the elution even in the external circumstances change such as various solvent and pH change. A manufacturing method of a semiconductor nanoparticle-containing microcapsule comprises a first step for reforming the surface of a semiconductor nanoparticle with a C5-C20 fatty acid compound; a second step for mixing the surface-modified semiconductor nanoparticle, organic solvent and emulsion aqueous solution to manufacture droplet; and a third step for emulsion-polymerizing the droplet and the amine-based -aldehyde copolymer to microcapsule polymerized wit polymer on the surface of the droplet containing semiconductor nanoparticles. The semiconductor nanoparticle has the particle size of 1 ~ 100 nm.
