Abstract: 본 발명은 세정을 포함한 경막결정화에 의한 인산의 정제방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 원료 인산을 사용하여 일정한 온도로 조절이 가능한 경막 용융결정화 장치에 이러한 인산을 주입하여 냉각시키면서 인산 종(seed)을 일부 주입하여 인산 결정을 형성시켜 성장시킨 후, 여기에 비이온 계면활성제, 음이온 계면활성제 또는 킬레이트 형성제를 미량 첨가한 초순수를 결정표면에 분사시켜 인산의 결정 표면에 부착되어 있는 불순물을 세정시키는 간단한 조작에 의해 불순물이 포함된 인산을 정제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 세정 효율을 더욱 향상시키기 위하여, 결정화 후 이를 일정한 속도로 온도를 다시 어느 정도 올려주면서 세정을 수행하여 인산의 정제 효율을 더욱 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: A purification method of phosphoric acid through a layer crystallization including the washing operation is provided to perform the layer crystallization process and the cleansing process and to minimize the metal impurity content within phosphoric acid. A phosphoric acid material is maintained at 10-30 degrees centigrade and a phosphoric acid seed crystal of 0.02-0.1g is injected into the material so that the phosphoric acid crystal is grown. Thereafter, the phosphoric acid crystal is cooled to -10-20 degrees centigrade at a cooling speed of 0.1-10 K/min so that a phosphoric acid crystal layer is formed. An ultra pure water of 10-100ml is projected into the crystal layer surface. An anion surfactant, an non-ion surfactant or chelate formating agent are added into the ultra pure water with the ratio of 0.001-0.1g with reference to the phosphoric acid injection amount of 245 ml.
