Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for surface modification of carbon nano tube is provided to graft vinyl monomer on the surface of table carbon nano tube and massively synthesize with single process. CONSTITUTION: A method for surface modification of carbon nano tube comprises: a step of dispersing table carbon nano tube and vinyl monomer in a hydrophilic solvent; a step of irradiating radical; and a step of grafting the vinyl monomer on the surface of carbon nano tube. The tablet carbon nano tube is obtained by adding carbon nano tube in strong acid solution and treating through ultrasonic wave. The tablet carbon nano tube is multi-walled carbon nano tube(MWNT) or single-walled nano tube.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供碳纳米管表面改性方法,在碳纳米管表面接枝乙烯基单体,并以单一工艺大规模合成。 构成:碳纳米管的表面改性方法包括:将表碳纳米管和乙烯基单体分散在亲水溶剂中的步骤; 激光的一个步骤; 和将乙烯基单体接枝在碳纳米管表面上的步骤。 通过在强酸溶液中加入碳纳米管并通过超声波处理获得片状碳纳米管。 片状碳纳米管是多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)或单壁纳米管。

Abstract: PURPOSE: An enzyme-free glucose sensor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the sensitivity of a glucose sensor by coating boronic acid on carbon nanotube reacting with the diol group of glucose. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an enzyme-free glucose sensor comprises the steps of: dispersing a monomer including refined carbon nanotube and borate group into hydrophilic solvent, creating radical by radiation, grafting the monomer including the borate group on the surface of the carbon nanotube, and mixing the functional carbon nanotube and a polymer binder to complete the glucose sensor.
