Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing a dermal substitute containing collagen and hyaluronic acid for wound healing and the dermal substitute are provided to effectively substitute dermis with excellent biocompatibility by comprising large and uniform pores and connection paths and to overcome the limit of a conventional two-step surgery through a hyaluronic acid regeneration effect and a moisturizing effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a dermal substitute for wound healing comprises the steps of: reacting non-antigenic collagen or collagen derivatives with hyaluronic acid and forming a collagen-hyaluronic acid complex by ionic bond; homogenizing the collagen-hyaluronic acid complex and preparing a dispersion; naturally precipitating the dispersion and freeze-drying the collagen-hyaluronic acid complex; and physically or chemically crosslinking the freeze-dried collagen-hyaluronic acid complex.
