Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for quickly and accurately detecting extended-spectrum beta-lactamase by broth microdilution is provided. CONSTITUTION: A strain which produces extended spectrum beta-lactamase by broth microdilution is detected using: a combination of cefotaxime-PABL inhibitor broth and cefotaxim-ESBL inhibitor-PABL inhibitor broth; a combination of ceftazidime-PABL inhibitor broth and ceftazidime-ESBL inhibitor-PABL inhibitor broth; a combination of cefepime-PABL inhibitor broth and cefepime-ESBL inhibitor-PABL inhibitor broth; a combination of ceftriaxone-PABL inhibitor broth and ceftriaxone-ESBL inhibitor-PABL inhibitor broth; or a combination of ceftriaxone-PABL inhibitor broth and ceftriaxone-ESBL inhibitor-PABL inhibitor broth. The PABL inbibitor is boronic acid or cloxacilin containign phenylboronic acid and 3-aminophenyl boronic acid.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供通过肉汤微量稀释快速准确地检测扩展型β-内酰胺酶的方法。 构成：通过肉汤微量稀释产生广谱β-内酰胺酶的菌株使用头孢噻肟-PABL抑制剂肉汤和头孢噻肟-ESBL抑制剂-PABL抑制剂肉汤的组合进行检测; 头孢他啶-PABL抑制剂肉汤和头孢他啶-ESBL抑制剂-PABL抑制剂肉汤的组合; 头孢匹啶-PABL抑制剂肉汤和头孢吡肟-ESBL抑制剂-PABL抑制剂肉汤的组合; 头孢曲松-PABL抑制剂肉汤和头孢曲松-ESBL抑制剂-PABL抑制剂肉汤的组合; 或头孢曲松-PABL抑制剂肉汤和头孢曲松-ESBL抑制剂-PABL抑制剂肉汤的组合。 PABL抑制剂是硼酸或氯沙星含有苯基硼酸和3-氨基苯基硼酸。
