The present invention relates to a technique for fabricating a SiCx passivation layer. Especially, the present invention includes a first step for inputting a substrate to a sputtering chamber having a first target module having a Si target and a second target module having a C target, a second step for making a vacuum state in the sputtering chamber and injecting an ionization gas to the sputtering chamber, a third step for forming plasma by ionizing the ionization gas between the Si and the C target and the substrate by applying an RF power to the electrode of the first and the second target module, and a forth step for forming a SiCx passivation layer by successively depositing a sputtered target material on the substrate by the collision of the target with the ionized plasma ions.

PURPOSE: A device for an alarm of floor noise and vibration measurement is provided to obtain an effect such as the reduction of civil complaints, the prevention of disharmony among neighbors, and the reduction of stress by reducing a floor noise and vibration of an apartment house. CONSTITUTION: A measuring unit is installed in a building having indoor spaces(600,700) composed of a wall(500) and a bottom slab(400) in a multiple floor structure. The measuring unit senses environment data between the indoor spaces at every predetermined cycle. When the environment data exceeds a predetermined setting value, an alarm unit(300) generates an alarm by receiving the environment data from the measuring unit through wireless communication.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a porous fuel electrode is provided to reduce NiO by Ni, to provide a porous fuel electrode with excellent electric performance by having a microstructure for the porous layer. 고체산화물 연료전지 다공성 연료극 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 고체산화물 연료전지 연료극이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 다공성 연료극 제조방법은 니켈산화물/이트리아 안정화 지르코니아 (NiO/YSZ) 연료극 지지체의 니켈산화물(NiO)을 니켈(Ni)로 환원시키는 단계; 및 상기 환원된 니켈(Ni)을 제거하여, 상기 지지체를 다공구조로 변형시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 다공구조 형성을 위하여 제거된 Ni의 자리에 우수한 촉매를 저온에서 함침법으로 형성하는 방법을 통하여 고체산화물 연료전지의 특성을 강화시키며 기존의 재료 및 물질의 특성을 이용하여 다공질의 구조 확보. 조절 및 기존에 존재하는 Ni과 같은 촉매를 다른 촉매로 교환할 수 있는 기술을 제공함에 따라 SOFC의 특성을 확보 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 우수한 특성을 보이는 SOFC의 연료극으로서 기능을 충분히 수행할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A hybrid generation system using solid oxide electrolyzer cells and solid oxide fuel cell is provided to reduce fuel cost of hydrogen by supplying hydrogen to solid oxide fuel cells. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid generation system using solid oxide electrolyzer cells(100) comprises solid oxide electrolysis cell(110) which produces hydrogen and oxygen as by-products, and solid oxide fuel cell(120) capable of producing electricity by being delivered hydrogen and oxygen. Cathode(111) of the solid oxide electrolysis cell is connected to be fluid communicated with cathode(121) of the solid oxide fuel cell. The present invention relates to a system for displaying emergency of a vehicle. More specifically, the system is invented to improve or complement a sign plate which is currently used for displaying a state of a vehicle. The system can display quickly and easily a state of the vehicle in an one-touch switch (110) method, which is improved from a manual installation method performed by a driver during emergency. According to the present invention, the system uses an input device that intercommunicates with a vehicle and self-luminous light or transmitted light to focus on increasing visibility. Therefore, the system ensures safety of the driver and can contribute to preventing car accidents.

본 발명은 패시베이션용 SiCx 박막을 제작하는 기술에 관한 것으로, 특히 Si 타겟을 구비한 제1타겟모듈과 C 타겟을 구비한 제2타겟모듈을 구비한 스퍼터링 챔버 내로 기판을 장입하는 1단계와 상기 스퍼터링 챔버내를 진공 상태로 만들고, 이온화용 가스를 상기 스퍼터링 챔버 내로 주입하는 2단계, 상기 제1 및 제2 타켓모듈의 전극에 RF 전원을 인가하여 상기 Si 및 C 타켓과 기판 사이에 이온화용 가스를 이온화시켜 플라즈마를 형성하는 3단계, 상기 플라즈마 상태로 이온화된 이온들을 상기 타겟에 충돌시켜 스퍼터링된 타겟 물질이 상기 기판 상에 연속적으로 증착시켜 SIC x 패시베이션 막을 형성하는 4단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
