Abstract: A micro bio-chip for the ligation reaction is provided to perform a mixing process having high efficiency in a structure of a single layer by combination-arranging in a form of a micro-pillar and a micro-nozzle at the micromixer part, to manufacture it easily because a micromixer does not use an actuator, to diminish an installation cost and to generate stabilized biochemical reaction. A micro bio-chip for the ligation reaction is made of 2 layer of structure by integrating polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) chip and glass(20). The PDMS chip(10) comprises an inlet part, a micro-mixer, a reactor and an outlet part. The micro-mixer mixes a sample injected through the inlet part(11). A reactor ligation-reacts the mixed sample through the micromixer(12). The micromixer comprises a micro pillar and a micro-nozzle.
