Abstract: 독립적으로 전류를 공급받은 이중 코일 구조를 이용하여 회전자의 회전과 틸팅을 자유롭게 제어할 수 있는 이중 코일 보빈 및 이를 포함하는 구형모터를 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이중 코일 보빈은 회전자와 고정자를 포함하는 모터의 다자유도 제어를 위한 보빈이고, 일 축을 중심으로 상기 축의 원주방향으로 상기 회전자의 회전에 관여하는 제 1 코일, 그리고 상기 축을 중심으로 상기 회전자의 틸팅(tilting)에 관여하는 제 2 코일을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 코일과 제 2 코일은 독립적으로 전류를 공급받아 합성기자력을 형성해 상기 회전자의 다자유도 구동을 유도한다. 이와 같은 구성에 의하면, 이중 코일 보빈을 통해 이중으로 권선된 코일을 통한 합성 자기력을 이용하여 구형모터의 보다 정밀하게 제어가 가능하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dual coil bobbin and a spherical motor having the same are provided to precisely control a spherical motor using synthetic magnetic force through a wound coil. CONSTITUTION: A spherical motor comprises one or more double coil bobbins(110), an inner rotor, an inner stator, and an outer rotor(140). The double coil bobbin functions as an outer stator. The inner rotor is located between the inner stator and the double coil bobbin. The outer rotor is formed outside the double coil bobbin. The inner rotor and the outer rotor are connected to a rotary shaft(125). The inner rotor includes a permanent magnet. A top coupling plate and a lower coupling plate are arranged on the top and bottom of the inner rotor.
