Abstract: PURPOSE: A foaming adhesive sheet for absorbing the noise of a vehicle is provided to completely isolate or absorb the noises of a vehicle body by fully filling a gap of a structure using electro-deposition heat. CONSTITUTION: A foaming adhesive sheet(5) has recessed grooves(3a). The recessed grooves are selectively used depending on the shape of curved portions of a vehicle chassis panel. A curved face is curved inward around one recessed groove, and the curved foaming adhesive sheet is adhered while an adhesive layer(2) on a rear face of the sheet is adhered to the inside of the curved portions of the panel. The foaming adhesive sheet is foamed and hardened by the heat in electro-deposition process.
