Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermosetting multifunctional sealer composition is provided to enable users to share equipment by having a lower coating function of an underbody sealer, an anti-corrosive function of a locker panel sealer, and a coated steel sheet function of a seam sealer and to simplify processes. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting multifunctional sealer composition includes 10-35 weight% of vinylacetate-vinyl chloride, 0.1-1.5 weight% of a block type aliphatic polyurethane, 0.1-1 weight% of a coloring agent, 10-30 weight% of filler, 1-10 weight% of a diluents, 1-10 weight% of an adhesive, and 20-45 weight% of a plasticizer. The coloring agent is titanium dioxide. The filler is calcium carbonate. The diluents are isoparaffin and the adhesive is complex polyamine.

Abstract: A watertight sealing composition and a watertight sealing tape comprising the same are provided to obtain long-term durability in sealing and improved watertight sealing by employing alkyl phenolic resin. A watertight sealing composition comprises: 5-15% by weight of butyl rubber; 0.1-1% by weight of carbon black; 0.5-3% by weight of titanium dioxide; 60-70% by weight of calcium carbonate having oil absorption of 24-28g/dioctyl phthalic acid 100g and mean particle size of 9-11mum; 5-10% by weight of alkyl phenolic resin having alkyl group of 1-2 carbon atom(s) and softening temperature of 75-90deg.C; 10-20% by weight of polybutene having viscosity of 810±50cst(100deg.C); and 2-5% by weight of bisphenol-based antioxidant. A watertight sealing tape comprises the watertight sealing composition which is coated on the both sides of the glass fiber in an amount of 0.5-1% by weight in a thickness of 1-4mm. The glass fiber has acrylic coating and the density of the fiber is 7-9count/inch.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A foaming adhesive sheet for absorbing the noise of a vehicle is provided to completely isolate or absorb the noises of a vehicle body by fully filling a gap of a structure using electro-deposition heat. CONSTITUTION: A foaming adhesive sheet(5) has recessed grooves(3a). The recessed grooves are selectively used depending on the shape of curved portions of a vehicle chassis panel. A curved face is curved inward around one recessed groove, and the curved foaming adhesive sheet is adhered while an adhesive layer(2) on a rear face of the sheet is adhered to the inside of the curved portions of the panel. The foaming adhesive sheet is foamed and hardened by the heat in electro-deposition process.
