Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a dust eliminating sheet which is laminated of the substrate during the assembly process of vehicles and protected with release paper to prevent damage until its use. CONSTITUTION: The dust eliminating sheet comprises 5 to 15 wt% of styrenebutadiene rubbers(SBR) with naphthenic oil added and 3 to 8 wt% of buthyl rubbers as main materials, 8 to 15 wt% of polybuthens as an initial adhesion imparting agent, 5 to 15 wt% of hydrogenated petroleum resins as an adhesion imparting agent, 10 to 20 wt% of calcium carbonates and 30 to 60 wt% of barium sulfates coated fatty acids as a filler, 5 to 20 wt% of silica as an anti-flowing agent and 0.2 to 1 wt% of carbon black as a coloring agent.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for a sheet of wheel is provided, which is applied to the panel of a car to prevent and to reduce the vibration effectively at any range of high temperature. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 10-25 wt% of the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer which is solid at a room temperature; 10-15 wt% of the emulsified terpene phenolic copolymer resin; 5-15 wt% of nitrile butadiene rubber and 5-15 wt% of the blown asphalt for the adhesion and the vibration prevention; 3-9 wt% of aluminium hydroxide as a flame retardant; 7-18 wt% of mica powder of 40-60 mesh, 1-8 wt% of linear cellulose fiber, 7-17 wt% of heavy calcium carbonate, and 15-45 wt% of ferrite powder as a filler, a vibration-preventing agent and a soundproofing agent; 1-5 wt% of carbon black as a reinforcement; and 3-7 wt% of glass bubble as a filler for lightening and reinforcement.
