    Abstract: 본 발명은 차량 가변흡기시스템의 진공액츄에이터에 관한 것으로, 진공액츄에이터(31)의 몸체 내부에 조작로드(32)를 탄지하는 스프링(31e)과, 조작로드(32)에 전달되는 충격력을 감쇠시키는 쇽업소버(31d)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다.
    따라서, 상기 스프링(31e)에 의해 조작로드(32)가 항상 밀려짐으로써 매니폴드밸브(20)의 개폐플레이트(21)가 밸브시트면에 안정적으로 밀착되어 있게 되어 주행시 진동에 의해 소음이 발생하지 않게 되며, 강력한 충격에 의해 매니폴드밸브(20)가 순간적으로 강제 개폐될 때에도 개폐플레이트(21)의 복귀가 천천히 이루어지도록 해 줌으로써 역시 소음 발생을 방지해 주게 된다.

    Abstract: An intake manifold is provided to make an engine compact through reduction of mounting area by integrally forming a throttle body and a supercharger. An intake manifold has plural runners having one-ends to be connected to an intake port of an engine, and the runners are connected to the sides of a surge tank(12). In the intake manifold, a pressurizer case(20), a pressurizer(30), and a throttle body(40) are integrally formed. The pressurizer case is extended to the front side of the surge tank. In the pressurizer, both ends of a shaft(31) are supported on a center-line of the pressurizer case to make a screw(32), formed to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft, situated in the middle of the inside of the pressurizer case, and a pulley(24) is formed to the end extended to the outside of the pressurizer case. The throttle body communicates with the middle of the outside of the pressurizer case and a throttle valve(42) for adjusting the amount of air flowing into the pressurizer case is installed in the throttle body.
