Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle brake lamp control device and a method thereof are provided to reduce dazzling of a driver in the following vehicle by controlling brightness of a brake lamp by section according to atmospheric illuminance. CONSTITUTION: An illuminance detection unit(10) detects illuminance around a vehicle. A control unit(20) generates a control signal and transmits to a lamp driving unit(30).
