Abstract: 본 발명은 플라스틱 사출물의 변형량 측정용 지그장치에 관한 것으로, 플라스틱 사출물이 안착되는 테이블; 상기 테이블의 상부면에 대하여 높이조절부재에 의해 높이조절가능하게 구비되는 지그부재; 상기 지그부재에 위치이동가능하게 결합되는 복수개의 핀부재; 상기 테이블의 상부면에 대하여 상하방향으로 플라스틱 사출물을 이동시킬 수 있도록 상기 핀부재의 위치이동을 단속하는 고정핀; 및 상기 핀부재의 하단에 구비되고, 플라스틱 사출물을 고정시키는 지지수단;를 포함하는 구성에 의해, 공기튜브를 이용하여 사출성형 부품의 자세에 따른 자중에 의한 추가적인 변형을 최소화하여 고정시켜 측정의 정확성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 사출물의 위치 및 자세 변경이 용이하여 스캔작업의 효율성을 높일 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An active air flap device for a vehicle is provided to prevent vehicle components from being damaged due to the malfunction of an air flap by automatically opening the air flap through driving wind. CONSTITUTION: An active air flap device for a vehicle comprises an electromagnet(70), a permanent magnet(80), and an actuator loader(30). The electromagnet is inserted and fixed into the gear shaft(23a) of an actuator gear(23). The electromagnet is supplied with the same power source as an actuator and changes a polarity in the supply or cut-off of the power source. The permanent magnet is inserted in the gear shaft in order to be positioned at the front side of the electromagnet. The permanent magnet rotates along with the gear shaft and is installed to be movable along the gear shaft. The actuator loader is connected or disconnected to the permanent magnet in order to or not to rotate along with the permanent magnet according to the position thereof. Abstract: A jig for measuring transformation of plastics is provided to improve efficiency of transformation measurement by preventing injection-molded components from being additionally transformed, and to improve scanning efficiency by allowing position of the plastics to be changed easily. A jig for measuring transformation of plastics using a 3D scanner comprises a table on which plastics(W) are seated, an air tube provided at an upper portion of the table, a jig member adjustable in height by a height adjustment member, a plurality of pin adjustment members movably connected to the jig member, a fixing pin movably connected by the pin adjustment member so as to transfer the plastics, and a support unit provided at a lower end of the fixing pin, which fixes the plastics.
