    Abstract: PURPOSE: A radiator with the self-protecting function is provided to prevent water leakage of cooling water by completely blocking problems of the calcium chloride which is invaded to the outside of the cooling water tank. CONSTITUTION: A radiator with the self-protecting function comprises an insulating member(20) which has the self-protecting function. The insulating member forms the air layer which wall surface of the cooling water tank is not exposed at the outside. The insulating member is installed at the place in which the cooling water tank faces the front side of the engine room.

    Abstract: A test apparatus for the corrosion fatigue evaluation of vehicle chassis parts can ensure more realistic and exact estimation of lifespan against corrosion fatigue and perform a fatigue test of troubled component under all corrosion environments. A test apparatus for the corrosion fatigue evaluation of vehicle chassis parts comprises a corrosion test tub(120) in which a chassis part(1), a test object, is loaded and the corrosion solution is filled; a corrosion solution circulator(130) spraying the corrosion solution stored in the apparatus of liquid tank(131) into the corrosion test tub by using pumps(133,136) and circulating it between the corrosion test tub and a liquid tank; an actuator(140) applying a repeated load to the chassis part in the corrosion test tub; a control computer(150); a temperature sensor(161) and a humidity sensor(162) which detect temperature and humidity and input to the control computer; a temperature controller(163) controlling the temperature in the corrosion test tub; and a humidity controller(164) controlling the humidity in the corrosion test tub.
