Abstract:
본 발명은 장기내열성이 우수한 자동차 엔진커버 및 내·외장재용 폴리아미드 나노복합체 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 폴리아미드 수지에 하이드로탈키트계 장기내열제 0.2 ∼ 5 중량%, 나노클레이 2 ∼ 10 중량%, 포스파이트계 열변색방지제와 힌덜드페놀릭계 열변색방지제의 합이 0.3 ∼ 5 중량%, 알루미늄 파우더 1.5 ∼ 9 중량%, 펄안료 0.5 ∼ 3 중량%를 첨가하여 이루어지는 것으로, 기존의 엔진커버용 폴리아미드 수지조성물과 같은 메탈릭한 느낌을 주는 외관, 열변색방지성, 굴곡강도, 인장신도를 발현하면서도 장기내열성이 특히 우수한 특성을 갖는 내·외장재용 폴리아미드 나노복합체 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A polyamide nanocomposite resin composition for an automobile engine cover and an interior or exterior material is provided, to improve the long-term heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: The polyamide nanocomposite resin composition comprises a polyamide resin base; 0.2-5 wt% of a hydrotalkit-based long-term heat stabilizer; 2-10 wt% of nanoclay; 0.3-5 wt% of a phosphite-based thermochromism preventer and a hindered phenolic thermochromism preventer; 1.5-9 wt% of an aluminium powder; and 0.5-3 wt% of a pearl pigment. A strut and knuckle combination structure of a Macperson strut type suspension is provided to improve rotation stability by connecting a strut and a knuckle so that a camber is increased while a knuckle axis is inclined to a strut axis during cornering. A strut and knuckle combination structure of a Macperson strut type suspension includes a strut(2) to which a strut bracket(4) having first and second mounting positions(4A,4B) is fixed, a knuckle(6) having first and second mounting positions(6A,6B) mated with the first and second mounting positions of the strut bracket, a first connection unit(10) connecting the first mounting positions of the knuckle and the strut bracket via a pivot, and a second connection unit(20) connecting the second mounting positions of the knuckle and the strut bracket and rotating the knuckle about the first mounting position of the knuckle at the time of cornering.

A steering wheel return device is provided to apply a same magnitude of restoring force to a steering wheel in the advancing direction regardless of traveling at high speed or low speed or geometric structure to enable stable steering. A steering wheel return device(20) is fixed to a steering column(2). The steering wheel return device includes a spring fixing unit(22) to surround the steering column, and springs(23) having ends fixed to positions facing the spring fixing unit. The ends of the springs are fixed to fixing unit(21) formed in a vehicle body to install the steering column. The springs are released in a semi-spherical shape to be fixed. Since two springs are installed to face each other on a horizontal line to balance each other, the respective springs are deformed when the steering wheel is rotated in one direction and this causes the restoring force of the springs. Thus, the steering wheel orients to the advancing direction. When the steering wheel is rotated rightward, since the outer sides of the springs are fixed, the springs are rolled toward the outer circumference of the steering column.

The present invention relates to a polyamide resin composition for a wheel cover and, more specifically, to a polyamide resin composition for a wheel cover which has excellent balance of stiffness and toughness, improves low temperature impact resistance, exhibits excellent thermal resistance and improves weld strength and surface of the composition by comprising a polyamide 6 resin, an ethylene based copolymer, a styrene based copolymer, maleic anhydride acid graft styrene, an imide based copolymer, nanomineral and a phenol based heat resistant.
