An auxiliary muffler structure for a vehicle comprises: a resonating chamber(7) and a space in which sound-absorbing material(5) segmented with a partition(3) is filled; and a perforated tube(9) passing through the resonating chamber and the space in which sound-absorbing material are filled. The resonating chamber is made of single space and the sound-absorbing material is filled in the resonating chamber. The section in which the perforated hole of the perforated tube exposed to the resonating chamber is formed is numerously partitioned. A non-perforated section is formed between the sections of the perforated hole.
