    Abstract: PURPOSE: A double slot conveyor system is provided to maintain an initial state of a setting position of a chassis by synchronously controlling left and right slots. CONSTITUTION: A conveyer system of double slot comprises left and right slots(5,7) mounted on a first double slot conveyer(1); a left and right slots(9,11) installed on a second double slot conveyer; a chassis carried by the slots; a first driving unit(19) transmitting power through a first power transferring unit by being mounted on a right slot of the first double slot conveyer; a first sprocket(21) connected to a first driving shaft(23) by being mounted on the right slot; a chain(25) engaged with a side end of the first driving unit; a second sprocket(27) formed on the other side end of the first driving unit; and a second driving shaft(31) connected to a left slot of the first double slot conveyer through a third sprocket(29).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An under shuttle system for transferring a car body is provided to improve productivity as reducing the transfer time of the car body among each work process of assembly line of the car body. CONSTITUTION: An under shuttle system for transferring a car body consists of supporting guides(11,13) in both sides according to the base(9) connecting each work process in the bottom(7) of workplace, a rotary axis(15) receiving rotary force by a hydraulic motor(5) for lifting up and down a transfer in the center of the base inside of the supporting guides; a pinion(17) in one side of the rotary axis, a rack bar(19) penetrating the base vertically and engaged with the pinion, a transfer(23) in the upper part of the rack bar, and an under shuttle(25) in the upper face of the transfer. The bilateral auxiliary base apparatus consists of bilateral air cylinders mounted vertically in the upper face of the base; auxiliary base beams mounted in the upper part of each piston rod of the bilateral air cylinders and supporting the bottom of the car body according to the operation of the bilateral air cylinder. The transfer is lifted by the hydraulic motor for lifting up and down the transfer to transfer the car body to the next process. The bilateral auxiliary base beams drop and mount the car body to the under shuttle. In next process the lifting and falling operation of the transfer to move backward is performed during the work process, and the productivity is improved by reducing whole cycle time.
