Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for transmitting data of a car information terminal and a method therefor are provided to code a DTMF signal to transmit the coded DTMF signal, and to enable a control center to restore the coded DTMF signal to read transmitted data, thereby transmitting the data while making a voice call. CONSTITUTION: A car information terminal comprises as follows. A key input unit(110) outputs DTMF signals corresponding to each key. A coding unit(120) modulates the detected DTMF signals into set code values. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for transmitting information between a web server and a client is provided to enhance a transmitting efficiency by automatically performing a reconnecting, thereby receiving data which were not transmitted only when a connection to a web server is disconnected. CONSTITUTION: A client connects to a web server providing information through the Internet network. The client requests wanted information to the web server.
