Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for transmitting data of a car information terminal and a method therefor are provided to code a DTMF signal to transmit the coded DTMF signal, and to enable a control center to restore the coded DTMF signal to read transmitted data, thereby transmitting the data while making a voice call.
