Abstract: 본 발명은 연료전지 분리판용 자동 적층 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 위치확인 센서부를 지지판에 적층된 분리판 및 간지 양측에 설치하여 분리판 및 간지를 흡착 위치의 높이로 이송함으로써, 분리판 및 간지가 흡착 누락되는 것을 방지하고, 소재확인 센서부를 분리판 및 간지 상부에 설치하여 분리판 및 간지가 이중으로 중복 적층되었는지 여부를 미리 확인함으로써, 잘못된 적층으로 인해 소요되던 수정 작업시간을 절감시키는 연료전지 분리판용 자동 적층 장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 지지판에 적층된 분리판 및 간지 양측에 설치되되 서보모터와 연결되어 분리판 및 간지의 높이를 조절하는 위치확인 센서부와, 위치확인 센서부의 일측에 설치되어 분리판 및 간지의 적층 순서를 확인하는 소재확인 센서부로 이루어지는 연료전지 분리판용 자동 적층 장치를 제공한다.

Abstract: An automatic loading apparatus for a fuel cell separator is provided to prevent the adsorption lost of a separator and intermediate paper and to reduce error correction time by confirming duplicated lamination in advance. An automatic loading apparatus for a fuel cell separator comprises a survo motor(320) moving a support plate(330) laminated with a separator(100) and intermediate paper(200) upward and downward; an adsorption pad(300) adsorbing intermediate paper laminated between separators; and a position confirmation sensor(340) which is installed at both sides of the separator and intermediate paper, senses the position of the separator and intermediate paper, and controls the height of the separator and intermediate paper. The position confirmation sensor comprises an upper position sensor(341) and a lower position sensor(342).

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for punching and joining MEA sheets for fuel cell is provided to shorten production time to manufacture a 5-layer MEA material. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for punching and joining MEA sheets for fuel cell comprises an automatic punching unit, lift and turntable unit(200), and automatic joining unit(300). Punching process and cutting process are performed by the automatic punching unit. In the punching process, continuously supplied 3-layer MEA materials pass through a punching press to make manifold holes thereon. The lift and turntable unit consecutively puts the punched 3-layer MEA materials into a turntable unit(310). The automatic joining unit is equipped with the turntable unit and hot-press unit(330).
