Abstract: PURPOSE: A location-based advertisement providing method and system based on a space of interest (SOI) are provided to expose an advertisement for an SOI adjacent to the SOI of an advertising subject and to calculate a rank index for the advertisement information of searched SOIs and provide a recommendable SOI to a user based on the rank index, thereby increasing advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement registration part searches for popular SOIs based on the location information of an advertiser, calculates a first advertising cost for each popular SOI, provides SOI advertisement information including the advertising costs calculated for the searched popular SOIs to the advertiser by way of recommendation, and matches SOI advertisement information, which is selected by the advertiser among the SOI advertisement information for the searched popular SOIs, with an advertiser identifier and stores the information. The advertisement registration part calculates a rank index for each popular SOI by considering at least one among the location information of the advertiser and the geographic information, season, time, range of advertising area for each business type, business hours, and popularity of the popular SOIs, and recommends SOI advertisement information for the popular SOIs sorted in accordance with the rank index. An advertisement providing part provides exposed advertisement information corresponding to an advertiser identifier matched with a popular SOI in response to the inquiry of the popular SOI. An advertising cost calculation part calculates a second advertising cost, which is generated in relation to actual sales or user interactions, for the exposed advertisement information and distributes the calculated second advertising cost to at least one business operator and the owner of a corresponding SOI according to a predetermined standard. Abstract: 본 발명은 광고주가 위치한 SOI와 인접한 인기 SOI에 대하여 광고를 제공함에 있어서, 광고 효과를 극대화하기 위한 광고 제공 시스템 및 광고 제공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위치기반 광고 제공 시스템은 광고주의 위치 정보에 기초하여 인기 SOI(관심 공간; Space of Interest)를 검색하고, 각각의 인기 SOI에 대한 제1 광고비를 산정하며, 상기 검색된 인기 SOI에 대해 상기 산정된 광고비를 포함한 SOI 광고정보를 광고주에게 추천하는 방식으로 제공하며, 상기 검색된 인기 SOI에 대한 SOI 광고정보 중 광고주에 의해 선택된 SOI 광고정보와 광고주 식별자를 매칭하여 저장하는 광고 등록부; 상기 인기 SOI에 대한 조회에 응답하여 상기 인기 SOI와 매칭된 광고주 식별자에 상응하는 노출광고정보를 제공하는 광고 제공부; 및 상기 노출광고정보에 대해 실제 매출 또는 사용자 상호작용과 관련하여 발생한 제2 광고비를 산정하고, 산정된 제2 광고비를 적어도 하나의 사업자 및 해당 SOI의 소유주에게 미리 결정된 기준에 따라 분배하는 광고비 정산부를 포함한다.
