Abstract: PURPOSE: An inside handle unit for a vehicle is provided to improve spatial utilization, since only a single inside handle is mounted in a door panel. CONSTITUTION: An inside handle unit(1) for a vehicle comprises an inside handle(10), a dual rotating unit(20), and a rod(40). The dual rotating unit selectively rotates the inside handle in a first direction or a second direction. The rod is integrated with the dual rotating unit. The rod selectively pulls a fist cable(51) connected to a first ratchet assembly or a second cable(52) connected to a second ratchet assembly according to the rotational direction of the inside handle. The dual rotating unit comprises a first rotary shaft(21) and a second rotary shaft. The first rotary shaft is installed vertically to the door panel to be rotatable. The second rotary shaft is integrated with the inside handle and the rod.
