Abstract: An intercooler mounting structure of an engine for a vehicle is provided to reduce repair costs by easily performing maintenance, and improve a brand image of the vehicle by improving mounting structure of an intercooler mounted on the engine. An intercooler mounting structure of an engine(10) for a vehicle comprises an intercooler(20), left and right frames(25,26), a front frame and a plurality of bolts(11,12,13,14). The intercooler is mounted on the engine installed inside an engine room(30) of the vehicle. The left and right frames are installed in a lower part of the intercooler in a length direction. The front frame is connected to the left and right frames in a tip of the left and right frames. The bolts are respectively linked with both ends of the front frame and the left and right frames.
