    Abstract: PURPOSE: An abrasive blasting machine is provided to uniformly polish a drill blade, and to conveniently perform the polish while reducing operation time. CONSTITUTION: An abrasive blasting machine is formed by a driving source installed at a lower portion of a housing(1); first and second driving shafts(2) installed on inner sides of the housing; a driving force transfer instrument transferring the driving power of the driving source to the driving shafts; first and second driven shafts(4,5) combined to ends of the driving shafts; and grindstones(6,7) fixed at ends of the driven shafts for polishing blades(11) of a drill(10). Herein, the driving power transfer instrument contains a driving bevel gear(31) fixed to a rotating shaft(21) of a driving motor(22); and first and second driven bevel gears(32,33) fixed to lower ends of the driving shafts for being engaged with a driving bevel gear(31).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Buckling and deformation preventive structure of a rear safety plate is provided to increase the rigidity by mounting a reinforcing member in the lower part of a guard stay of the rear safety plate, and to endure load by reinforcing the end of the stay. CONSTITUTION: A rear safety plate is composed of a guard face(5) and a guard stay(3) assembling the guard face with a chassis of the vehicle. Two guard stays are fixed in the chassis frame of the vehicle by welding and bolting. The guard face is integrally formed with welding into the lower part of the guard stay. A reinforcing plate(6) is welded in the end of the stay to reinforce the stay. Plural holes are formed in the upper part of the guard stay to fix the guard stay in the chassis frame of the vehicle. The staple-shaped guard stay is formed, and the reinforcing plate is mounted in the end of the stay. Working efficiency is improved with increasing rigidity by mounting the reinforcing member in the staple shaped stay of the rear safety plate. Expenses are reduced with reducing the weight.
