Abstract: A strut type suspension for a vehicle is provided to achieve desirable wheel alignment by interposing an eccentric bush in a strut mounting unit and installing a fixing nut for adjusting camber angle. A strut type suspension for a vehicle comprises a fixing guider(22), an eccentric bush(26), and a fixing nut(28). The fixing guider is formed along an upper surface of each bolt hole with semielliptical shape which is drilled on a mounting unit of the vehicle. An upper part of the strut assembly is placed on the mounting unit. The eccentric bush is installed at the fixing guider, and has a center hole or an eccentric hole on a cross section where each assembling bolt(24) is inserted. Abstract: PURPOSE: Balance adjusting structure of a wheel for a vehicle is provided to combine the wheel with a balance spring firmly without lowering the appearance of the wheel by adjusting the static balance of the wheel easily with the balance spring mounted in the wheel. CONSTITUTION: A wheel balance adjusting system is composed of an adjusting groove(3) formed circumferentially in a wheel(1), and a ring-shaped balance spring(5) inserted to the adjusting groove and cut partially. The cut portion of the balance spring is placed in the portion which the weight of the wheel is concentrated on to keep the balance. To keep the balance of the wheel, the cut portion of the balance spring is adjusted by cutting the end of the balance spring according to the concentration of the weight of the wheel. Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotation interlocking apparatus of a shock absorber for a vehicle is provided to control the position of the vehicle and to improve the stability by varying flow of oil with using turning moment of the shock absorber in turning. CONSTITUTION: A piston assembly(20) forms the passage of oil charged in a cylinder(C), and a shock absorber reduces impact and vibration by circulating oil up and down through the piston assembly. One end of the shock absorber is fixed in a knuckle installed in a wheel and the other end is fastened between body panels of a vehicle. The piston assembly is placed in an inner cylinder formed in an outer cylinder, and moved up and down with a piston rod. A switching rod(10) is connected to the piston assembly and combined with a fixing member(30) fastened in the vehicle body panel. Stability is improved with controlling the position of the vehicle by regulating oil flow in the cylinder.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for friction reducing of a shock absorber is provided to cope with changeable angle of the working shock absorber by a ball joint, to reduce friction between an inner wall of a cylinder and a piston, to operate smoothly the shock absorber without abnormal vibration and noise, and to keep an intended reduction level in designing and expand the span of oil by preventing high temperature, therefore, by causing no physical change of oil. CONSTITUTION: A friction reducing structure of a shock absorber is composed of a ball joint(60) connecting a piston(20) with a rod(30) and a valve plate(23) installed on the piston to be shoved lateral force transmitted through a sealing(26). A slit(23b) formed on the valve plate connects an oil inlet(22a) with an orifice(21a) of an upper(21) and lower body(22) of the piston. An oil passing area formed by the orifice and the slit is converted when the valve plate is pushed by the lateral force. Therefore, the oil passing area in the operative direction of the lateral force is decreased and pressure is increased. The pressure works in a direction of compensating the later force on a vertical side of the slit.
