    Abstract: A power steering oil reservoir for a vehicle is provided to pass cold air through through-holes, to cool the steering oil, and to reduce the pump noise by installing a cooling fan at the lower part of the reservoir tank and placing the through holes at the tank body and the filler cap. A power steering oil reservoir for a vehicle comprises a tank body(10), a cooling fan(16), and through holes. The tank body has one side of the lower part with a return port(15) and a suction port(14). The cooling fan is placed at the lower end of the tank body. The through holes are formed at the center of the tank body vertically to pass the cold air flowed through the cooling fan. A filler cap(13) is attached to an upper end of the cooling fan. The cold air is discharged through a fan mounting part(17a) and a hollow part(17b).

    Abstract: A flow rate control valve of a power steering system is provided to adopt a return spring in a double structure to reduce the extent of shudder generated when steering is performed while a vehicle stops and runs at a low speed. A flow rate control valve of a power steering system includes a housing(10), a rod body(12), a rod(14), a spool(16), and a return spring. The housing includes an inhalation part connected to a pump, a discharging part connected to a gear box, and a drain part for returning a fluid flowing into the inhalation part to a storage tank. The rod body adjusts opening/closing of the inhalation part. The rod is moved in the rod body. The spool adjusts opening/closing of the drain part. The return spring includes a second return spring(SP2) located between the housing and the spool and a third return spring(SP3) arranged in the housing and the spool. Both ends of the third return spring adhere to the housing and the spool.
