Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for preventing water-soluble cutting oil from decaying is provided to reduce decay bad smells and to extend lifetime of the cutting oil by efficiently preventing a decay of the water-soluble cutting oil as floating materials which are nutrients of microorganisms in the cutting oil are removed and the microorganism is sterilized with ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION: A system for preventing water-soluble cutting oil from decaying comprises a cutting oil storage tank (100), a flotation plant, a sterilizer (300), and a bubble generating device (400). The flotation plant floats floating materials floating on cutting oil transferred from the cutting oil storage tank to the surface of the cutting oil by using supplied micro-bubbles and removes the floating material by separating the same. The sterilizer sterilizes microorganisms in the cutting oil where the floating materials are removed from the flotation plant. The bubble generating device generates bubbles supplied to the flotation plant.
