Abstract: 본 발명은 촉매입구부에 Mn/TiO
2 을 코팅하고, 촉매 출구부에 Fe-제오라이트/ZSM를 길이방향으로 반씩 적용하고, 워시코트 제조시 세륨카보네이트를 사용하여 워시코트를 만든 후 코팅하게 되면, 소성시 분해에 의한 기공이 워시코트층에 형성됨으로써 촉매의 활성표면적을 향상시키고 촉매의 성능 및 효율을 증대시킬 수 있도록 한 선택적 환원촉매 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 촉매 입구부에 Mn/TiO
2 를 코팅하고, 촉매 출구부에 Fe-제오라이트/ZSM을 코팅하고, 상기 Mn/TiO
2 와 Fe-제오라이트/ZSM은 촉매의 길이방향으로 반씩 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 환원 촉매를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A selective catalytic reduction catalyst and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase efficiency and performance of a catalyst, and to increase an active surface area of the catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst inlet is coated with Mn/TiO2. A catalyst outlet is coated with Fe - zeolite / ZSM. The Mn/TiO2(11) and with Fe - zeolite / ZSM(12) are applied to a longitudinal direction of a catalyst. A manufacturing method of a selective catalytic reduction catalyst(10) includes the following steps of: producing first catalyst slurry containing Mn/TiO2; manufacturing second catalyst slurry containing Fe - zeolite / ZSM; processing a ceramic monolith carrier in the first catalyst slurry; processing the ceramic monolith carrier in the second catalyst slurry; and drying and sintering the catalyst at a constant temperature for the fixed time.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A preparation method of high performance Pa-Rh three way catalyst having low palladium content is provided to obtain particularly excellent purification effect of nitrogen oxides even when small quantities of palladium and rhodium are used and substantially reduce content of palladium and rhodium. CONSTITUTION: In a preparation method of Pa-Rh three way catalyst comprising a step (a) of impregnating alumina with palladium solution, and reducing the alumina impregnated with the palladium solution by thermal fixation; a step (b) of impregnating alumina with rhodium solution, and reducing the alumina impregnated with the rhodium solution using reducing agent; a step (c) of obtaining catalyst slurry by reacting the reduction resulting material with cerium dioxide; and a step (d) of preparing palladium three way catalyst by coating the catalyst slurry on a ceramic monolith support, the preparation method of high performance Pa-Rh three way catalyst having low palladium content is characterized in that the step (c) comprises the processes of preparing first catalyst slurry by 30 to 40 g/L of the cerium dioxide and cerium-zirconium complex oxide (Ce·Zr)O2 to the total apparent volume of the support, adding 5 to 7 g/L praseodymium dioxide to the total apparent volume of the support and adding a mixed solution of palladium and rhodium to the mixture; and additionally adding 40 to 45 g/L of (LaCe)(FeCo)O3 or (LaSr)(FeCo)O3 that is a metal oxide (perovskite) to the prepared first catalyst slurry so that the catalyst slurry of the step (c) is prepared.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an improved method for fabricating a porous palladium ternary catalyst capable of effectively purifying exhaust gas and excellent in denoxification and thermal endurance. CONSTITUTION: The fabrication method comprises the steps of (a) impregnating palladium solution into alumina and reducing the palladium particles, (b) feeding 30-40 g/L of an oxide mixture solution composed of cerium oxide (CeO2) and cerium-zirconium complex oxide with a ratio in a range of 15:85-30:70 to the palladium solution, (c) adding 5-7 g/L of praseodymium oxide (PrO2), and 10-15g/L of cerium carbonate to the solution obtained during the step (b), thereby obtaining a liquid mixture, wherein L is the apparent volume of a ceramic monolith substrate, (d) adjusting pH of the liquid mixture to 4.5 or lower, (e) ball milling the liquid mixture to obtain catalyst slurry, (f) dipping ceramic monolith substrates to the catalyst slurry so that the catalyst slurry is washcoated on the ceramic monolith substrates, and (g) drying and baking the substrates.
