Abstract: An over slam bumper structure of the vehicles is provided to reduce the weight of the vehicle and the manufacturing cost since the number of separate fastener for mounting decreases. An over slam bumper structure of the vehicles comprises a bumper body including an assemblage groove(13ab) which is inserted a joint hole formed in respectively a trunk lid and a trim, a cylindrical guide(13b) which is inserted and fixed into a penetration hole(13aa) formed inside the bumper body, a cap(13c) combined with one end of the guide, a cylindrical support stand(13d) which is inserted into the guide, a stopper(13e) which combines with one end of the support stand in order not to be broken away from, a spring(13f) of which one end is inserted to inside of the guide and the other end is settled in the support stand.

Abstract: A hinge cover for a vehicle trunk is provided to prevent a luggage trim from moving downward during opening/closing the lead of the trunk and to prevent loading capacity of the trunk room from being reduced. A hinge cover for a vehicle trunk comprises a first cover(10) having a lower end connected with a luggage trim of a trunk room via a fastener(14) and curved along a hinge arm(120), a second cover(20) having a lower end slidably fitted into the outside of the first cover and curved along the hinge arm, and a third cover(30) having a lower end slidably fitted into the outside of the second cover and curved along the hinge. The first to third covers slidably moves along the hinge arm during opening/closing the trunk lead. The first cover have a first guide groove formed in a longitudinal direction at the outer peripheral surface thereof. The first guide groove is slidably fitted in a first protrusion formed the inside of the second cover.

Abstract: A trunk lid of a vehicle is provided to prevent exposure of a boundary between a fixing unit and a trim hole and a gap between a latch and a latch hole. A trunk lid of a vehicle comprises a panel(100), a trim(110), a fixing unit. The panel is hinged to the trunk of the vehicle, and opens and closes the trunk. One surface of the trim faces an inner surface of the panel and the other surface of the trim mates to an inner part of the trunk. The fixing unit fixes the trim to the panel. The fixing unit has a supporting piece and a fastening piece. The supporting piece is installed in the panel. The fastening piece is placed at one surface of the trim and fixed by the supporting piece. The fastening piece is welded to one surface of the trim by ultrasonic waves.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An emergency tripod structure for a vehicle is provided to omit an additional unfolding process by maintaining the unfolded state of a triangular plate, a support plate and a guide bar with a spring. CONSTITUTION: A holder mounts an emergency tripod to the trim of a trunk room. The emergency tripod includes a triangular plate(110), a support plate(120) and a guide bar(130).
