Abstract: The invention uses a conventional mechanism of a manual transmission which inevitably cuts off the power for the gearshift instantaneously and connects. The present invention improves the marketability of a vehicle by preventing the reduction in gear shifting to form stable and smooth gear shifting and allowing additional power to be delivered to wheels while shifting in order to prevent the reduction in torque during gear shifting.

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a control apparatus and a method for a windshield wiper capable of extending life of the wiper and enhancing durability of the wiper by reducibly correcting a rotation angle of a crank arm, and thereby, reducing long-time use of a system and an angle of the wiper. To achieve the purpose, the control apparatus for a windshield wiper comprises: a multifunction switch; a wiper motor for operating the blade of the wiper by generating driving power; a motor location detecting sensor for detecting the location of the motor by being installed in the inside of the wiper motor; and a body control unit which is capable of wirelessly sending to, and receiving from the wiper motor and the multifunction switch, and which controls operations of the wiper motor. The present invention is characterized by reducibly correcting an operating angle of the wiper according to a model or the number of an operation of the blade, such that, the older the system is or the more the number of an operation of the blade exceeds the preset limit, the more the operating angle of the wiper increases by wind resistance according to the speed of the vehicle, and thereby, preventing the life of the wiper from decreasing.
