Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차용 도어의 인너 핸들 결합 구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 인사이드 핸들 하우징과 도어 트림과의 결합 공차를 감소시킴과 아울러 조립 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 자동차용 도어의 인너 핸들 결합 구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은, 도어 인사이드 핸들의 조립을 용이하게 하면서도 인사이드 핸들과 핸들 하우징간의 간격을 일정하게 하여 핸들과의 간섭등을 제거함과 아울러 인사이드 핸들의 조립 부품수를 절감하여 조립 공정을 단순화할 수 있는 자동차용 도어의 인사이드 핸들 결합 구조를 제공함에 있다.
상기한 목적을 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은, 핸들(H) 및 록킹 레버(L)가 설치되어 있는 핸들 어셈블리(52)에 형성됨과 아울러 도어 인너 판넬(50)과 도어 트림(T)과의 사이 간격을 차폐할 수 있도록 구성되고 인너 판넬(50)에 나사(1)로 고정되도록 가운데 부분에 나사공(2)이 형성되며 종단에 걸림턱(3)이 형성된 직립부(4)와, 도어 트림(T)의 장착공(53) 외주변에 형성됨과 아울러 여러 부분에 형성된 가이드(5)와, 상기한 걸림턱(3)과 끼움 결합되도록 끼움부(6)가 형성됨과 아울러 상기한 가이드(5)에 끼워지도록 형성되고 종단에 쐐기형의 걸림부(7)가 형성되고 링형태로 제작되어 도어 트림(T)의 장착공(53) 외주변에 결합되는 핸들 하우징(8)으로 구성함을 특징으로 한다.-
