Abstract: PURPOSE: A sun visor structure of a vehicle is provided to increase user convenience and the frontal attention of driver by internally mounting a sun visor in a head lining for securing the head space of the driver. CONSTITUTION: A sun visor structure of a vehicle comprises a head lining, a sun visor(200), a pop-up device(300), a slide device(400), and a secondary pop-up device(500). The sun visor is inserted to be mounted into the insertion groove of the head lining. The pop-up device is inserted or drawn the sun visor into or from the insertion groove. The pop-up device is separately fixed at both sides of the insertion groove for separately popping up both sides of the sun visor. The slide device downwardly slides the popped up sun visor towards a front glass. The secondary pop-up device is equipped in the center of the sun visor and insertion groove for increasing the pop-up force of the sun visor.
