A front pillar assembly formed following above method is of a lattice form in the cross section thereof to evenly disperse collision force.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a reinforcing member for a fender mirror is provided to reduce amount of adhesive used for the reinforcing member while improving strength. CONSTITUTION: A through hole(23) is integrally formed with a protrusion unit(25) at a contacting portion. One end of a fender shield(50) is overlapped to a front fender(20) for being assembled to one end of the front fender by using bolts(61) and nuts. A reinforcing member(70) is extended for reinforcing a lower portion(21a) of a fender mirror(21) and one end of the fender shield. Therefore, one end of the reinforcing member is adhered on the inner surface of the front fender for reinforcing the lower end portion of the fender mirror, and the other end of the reinforcing member is inserted between the front fender and the fender shield for being assembled by the bolt and the nut. A central portion of the reinforcing member is attached to a lower surface of the protrusion unit of the fender mirror for being assembled by bolt(41) and nut(43) passing through the fender mirror. Moreover, the reinforcing member between the through hole and the fender shield is adhered on an inner surface of the front fender for reinforcing an upper portion(21b) of the fender mirror.
