Abstract: PURPOSE: Vehicle-traveling apparatus is provided to safely drive vehicles including aircraft, ship, car, etc by sensing the distraction information of a user. CONSTITUTION: Vehicle-traveling apparatus comprises: a distraction sensor(100) sensing distraction information of a user driving a vehicle; a controller(102) calculating distraction state value of the user by collecting the distraction information from the distraction sensor, and automatic driving the vehicle to corresponding with the distraction state value, or warning the distraction state; an automatic driving part(106) automatically driving the vehicle according to the control of the controller; and a communication part(110) transfers the distraction state of the user to a control center or other vehicles nearby according to the control of the controller.
