Abstract: PURPOSE: Low-emissivity glass and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the high visible light transmission rate greater than 70% after a heat-treating process using dielectric layers and functional reflective-metal protecting layers. CONSTITUTION: Low-emissivity glass capable of bending and tempering includes the following: a first dielectric layer formed with Zn system oxides, and coated on a glass substrate; a first functional reflective-metal protecting layer protecting a functional reflective-metal layer during a heating process; the functional reflective-metal layer reflecting far infrared rays and the solar radiation; a second functional reflective-metal protecting layer; a second dielectric layer formed with either Si system nitrides or oxy-nitrides; and a top protecting layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydraulic pre-damper for a clutch disk is provided to effectively damp little shock generated by a torque change followed by an engine stroke by a high damping rate, under low speed conditions and suppress production of a mono shock noise caused by shift shock on which relative great torque acts, under high speed conditions. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic pre-damper(20) for a clutch disk damps shock caused by a difference in the rotational speed of a spline hub(2) and a hub flange(1) by simultaneously engaging with a pair of forks formed to the spline hub with an interval in the circumferential direction and a pair of forks formed to the hub flange with an interval in the circumferential direction. The hydraulic pre-damper for the clutch disk comprises a cylinder forming a pressure chamber(21a) in which a fluid is filled and a storage chamber connected to the pressure chamber; a pair of plungers(22) each movably fitted to the sides of the cylinder and simultaneously engaged with each fork if the pressure chamber is shut tight; an opening and shutting unit opening a through hole formed between the pressure chamber and the storage chamber just when the rotational speed of the spline hub is over reference speed; and a pressurizing piston movably installed on a side of the storage chamber, to vary the volume of the storage chamber, and supported by a compression spring.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A flywheel of an engine of a vehicle with automatic eccentricity compensation is provided to improve durability of bearing series and to reduce vibration noise by removing rotary exciting force caused by eccentricity. CONSTITUTION: A flywheel(1) of an engine of a vehicle with automatic eccentricity compensation includes an annular space(3,7); iron beads(5,9) and fluid(10). The annular space has a round sectional shape. The annular space is formed inside a body of the flywheel around a center of the flywheel. Iron beads are accepted to the annular space. Therein, iron beads are located opposite to eccentricity. Fluid is filled the rest space of the annular space. Thereby, eccentricity of the flywheel is compensated by iron beads.
