Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling device for vehicles is provided to improve fuel efficiency with reducing fuels for driving a motor and a cooling fan by not installing the cooling fan and the driving motor. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device for vehicles comprises a radiator(11), a condenser(13), a cooling rim(10), and an air pump(20). The radiator cools coolants heated by an engine. The condenser is installed in front of the radiator. The cooling rim comprises a cooling chamber, and a unit(16) for discharging cold air. The cooling chamber is installed in front of the condenser, and air moves in. As to the unit for discharging the cold air, the air is discharged along the cooling chamber. The air pump supplies the air to the cooling rim.
