Abstract: A door handle device for a vehicle is provided to make a smooth appearance to block noise resulting from a flow of external air during traveling. A door handle device for a vehicle comprises a base bracket unit and a handle unit. The base bracket unit includes a base bracket(11). The base bracket is provided with fastener ends(13), which are fastened to the handle mount of a door outer panel, on front, opposite sides thereof, so as to be fastened inside the door outer panel. The base bracket is provided with a rack(15) on one side thereof in a longitudinal direction, and a hinged return link on an rear side thereof.
