Abstract: 본발명은공작테이블을회전시키기위하여기어들이상호간에치합된상태로동력을전달하는동력전달장치에서각 기어사이에발생되는백래쉬(Backlash)를제거하기위하여탄성부재의장력에의해축방향을따라상, 하로이동하는백래쉬기어를적용함으로써, 제작원가를절감하고, 가공제품의가공성을향상시킬수 있으며, 생산성을향상시키도록구동모터의회전축에장착되어상기구동모터의회전력에의해회전되는드라이브기어와, 상기드라이브기어의일측에배치되는아이들축에장착되어상기드라이브기어와치합되며, 상기드라이브기어로부터상기구동모터의회전력을전달받아회전되는아이들기어와, 상기아이들기어의하부에서상기아이들축에장착되는동력전달기어와, 상기동력전달기어와치합되며, 상기동력기어전달기어로부터상기구동모터의회전력을전달받아공작테이블을회전시키도록스핀들을통하여장착되는마스터기어로구성되어상기각 기어들이상호치합되어동력을전달하는동력전달장치에서고속으로회전되는각 기어들사이에동력전달중 발생되는백래쉬를제거하기위한것으로, 상기아이들기어에대응하여상기드라이브기어의타측에배치되는백래쉬회전축에장착되며, 상기아이들기어와함께상기드라이브기어와치합되는백래쉬아이들기어; 상기마스터기어에대응하여상기백래쉬아이들기어의하부에서상기백래쉬회전축상에장착되며, 상기마스터기어와치합되는백래쉬기어; 및상기마스터기어에치합된상기백래쉬기어를상기마스터기어와밀착시킨상태로, 축방향상, 하부로유동되도록상기백래쉬회전축에장력을제공하는장력유닛을포함하는백래쉬제거장치를제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A backlash removing device is provided to improve manufacturing efficiency by removing backlash generated between gears through a backlash gear. CONSTITUTION: A backlash removing device(150) comprises a backlash idle gear, a backlash gear(155), and a tension unit(157). The backlash idle gear is installed in a backlash rotary shaft(153) arranged on a drive gear and is meshed with the drive gear. The backlash gear is installed in the backlash rotary shaft at the bottom of the backlash idle gear and is meshed with a master gear(113). The tension unit supplies tension to the backlash rotary shaft to move the backlash gear in an axial direction.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pallet for engine assembly is provided to fix and mount cylinder blocks, since adaptor plates are placed on a standard pin and a holder. CONSTITUTION: A pallet for engine assembly comprises a base pallet(3), a supporter(10), an adaptor plate(20), and an auxiliary plate(40). The supporter is fixed and installed on one side of the base pallet. The standard pin is formed on the upper end of a pin housing(11) in both sides of the supporter. The adaptor plate comprises a standard pin hole on the supporter, a standard pin hole mounted on a holder(15), and a holding block(23). Abstract: A valve stem seal press push apparatus is provided to remove the arranging between components by making a gripper module in the form of a compliant robot system which directly moves to the tasking position. A valve stem seal press push apparatus comprises a gripper module(182), a press tool module(170) and a handling robot(160).
