    Abstract: PURPOSE: A junction box cooling device is provided to improve the radiation performance by increasing the cooling speed for an active electronic element as a heat radiation structure is formed by installing a heat sink in a sub PCB(Printed Circuit Board). CONSTITUTION: A junction box cooling device comprises a main PCB(10), an upper case(11), a lower case(12), and a sub PCB(13). A molding unit sealing an IC(Integrated Circuit) chip and an active element is formed on one surface of the sub PCB and a heat sink(15) is attached on the other surface of the sub PCB. A tap(16) penetrates through both ends of a PCB so that both ends of the PCB are electrically connected to the main PCB. The PCB including a molding unit is mounted on the main PCB by a joining structure. The internal heat of the IC chip and the active element is emitted externally through a surface contact of the heat sink and the lower case.

    Abstract: A ground wire connection structure of an electromagnetic shield wire is provided to expose a metal mesh by striping only coating in an arbitrary location of the shield wire as wide as a width of a terminal, insert a terminal into the exposed portion of the metal mesh, and couple a connector with the terminal, thereby reducing the number of employees and costs, and shielding electromagnetic wave. By stripping a part of coating(15) of a shield wire(10), a metal mesh(14) of an electromagnetic shield unit(12) is exposed. Into the exposed part of the metal mesh, a ring type terminal(30) where a locking protrusion(31) and a fixing piece(32) are formed at a predetermined interval is inserted. In a connector(40), a locking bar(42) is formed in one side of a connector body(41). Within the connector, a terminal(43) is built. One side of the terminal is connected with one end of a wire exposure unit(21) of a ground wire(20). In the other side, a fixing hole(44) is formed. The locking bar is engaged with the locking protrusion. The fixing piece is inserted into the fixing hole as a diameter of the ring type terminal is reduced and the inside of the terminal is closely contacted with the metal mesh.
