    Abstract: PURPOSE: A sun visor for absorbing impact is provided to recycle the sun visor without pollution by making the sun visor of polypropylene foam, and to increase the productivity and to cut down expenses by simplifying the manufacturing process with injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A sun visor of a vehicle is composed of a frame and a pad member. The frame is made of plastic or steel material, and the pad member is made of polypropylene foam. The bead blowing polypropylene foam includes 10-25 wt% low-density polyethylene copolymerizing 7-20%, homo polypropylene of 25-45 wt%, block polypropylene of 25-35 wt% and copolypropylene of 1-10 wt%. The strength is improved, and impact is absorbed by enhancing the bonding force. The weight is reduced, and recycling is convenient with manufacturing the sun visor by polypropylene foam. The manufacturing process is simplified with forming the frame through injection molding.
