Abstract: A mold clamp device for a press is provided to allow for ease of assembly/disassembly of a mold by pushing the rear end of a wedge supported by a die holder and allowing a clamp to fix the mold on the die holder through sufficient clamping force. A stopper(9) is bolt-coupled between an inner end of a mold(1) and a die holder(3) so as to support the inner end of the mold with respect to the die holder. The mold has an outer end clamped onto the die holder by a clamp(11) having a tilt surface(15) and a wedge(13) for supporting the tilt surface of the clamp. The wedge has a lower surface on which a hook portion(31) is formed in a tilt direction. The die holder has an inside where a hook groove(33) is formed such that the hook portion is inserted into the hook groove and supported in a vertical direction. A hydraulic driving unit is arranged in the die holder in correspondence to a rear end of the wedge such that the rear end of the wedge is pushed to clamp the mold to the die holder by the clamp.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A product detached device of cold forging mold is provided to prevent a product from sticking to a punch during a sizing process and moving upward together with the punch after the product is formed, thereby removing the causes of unavailability and improving work efficiency and productivity. CONSTITUTION: The product detached device of cold forging mold comprises a sizing punch(210) and a product detaching part. The sizing punch is mounted to the lower surface of a upper mold. Each of the product detaching part comprises a guide hole(220), a resilient portion(222), a rod(224), and a stripper(226). The guide holes are formed in the vertical direction in the interior of the upper mold, and are positioned at positions symmetrical to each other about a mounting position of the sizing punch. Resilient portions are coil springs each having one end fixed to the upper surface of the guide hole. One end of each of the rods is inserted into the guide hole and makes contact with the other end of the resilient portion, and the other end of each of the rods is protruded outwardly. Each of the strippers is engaged with the other end of the corresponding rod, and is formed such that it has a shape corresponding to the shape which the upper surface of the product and the upper surface of a lower mold are formed. If the product sizing process is completed, a ram is moved upwardly and the product is gradually separated from the sizing punch by the strippers.
